Our products usually ship within 3-5 business days (not including weekends, holidays, or otherwise specified days of closure). 

Orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive after shipping.

We do ship worldwide.

Standard international shipping is free on all international orders over $2200

Standard local shipping is free on all Hong Kong orders over $1800

Returns Policy

For purchases made other than via elysiaredoleonss.com, please consult with the retailer where you purchased the product for their returns policy. We only accept returns of products purchased through elysiaredoleonss.com. 

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@elysia-redoleo.com with order number. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. 

Please note:

1) Samples are not eligible for return.
2) We cannot accept empty or nearly empty products.
3) We will only accept unopened, tested or gently used products.
4) We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.

Only products purchased directly through elysiaredoleonss.com will be eligible for return.

It is important that you contact us before you send in a return to ensure proper tracking.  We can't be responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to us prior to sending.

Sets are only eligible for return if all of the pieces of the set are included. 

We cannot offer exchanges of any kind.
